Individual volunteers have helped many of Cedar Valley Habitat for Humanity's goals and achievements possible through their involvement with committees, assistance in the CVHFH office, helping at ReStore, and efforts on construction sites. Currently, individual volunteers and volunteer groups are needed. Please see below for our many opportunities to "plug in" with Habitat.

We're still working this winter!
Even as the temperatures drop, we'll still be working on homes - particularly rehabs - through the winter months! Skilled individual volunteers are needed for painting in January. If you have a larger group, we'll plan for that as well. Just give us a call so we can give you a great volunteer experience with Habitat!

Construction Volunteer Opportunities
You do not need to be an expert in construction to help out on a work site. There are many tasks that require only a willingness to learn and work with others. We make every effort to incorporate all willing volunteers regardless of skill level. All volunteers on the construction site must be at least 16 years of age or older.

ReStore Volunteer Opportunities
The ReStore has climate controlled jobs to accommodate everyone. We need help assisting customers, cleaning, data entry, sorting merchandise, organizing inventory, and processing donations.
