All donated building materials must be in good, sellable condition. All tool donations are welcome as long as they are in good working condition.

DONATIONS ACCEPTED
Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

ITEMS NEVER TO ACCEPT:
* Fire Alarms
* Clothing
* Oil based paints
* Toxic chemicals
* Office equipment
* Un-labeled containers/ bottles/cans of anything!
* Used carpeting
* Used ceiling tiles
* Used mattresses
* Used shower doors
* Used window blinds
* Windows with no frames
ITEMS TO ACCEPT WITH CONDITIONS:
* Antiques
* Art Supplies
* Camping gear and other outdoor gear
* Claw foot tubs
* Cultured marble sinks
* Fireplaces
* Items with lead paint
* Upholstered furniture
* Used countertop with cutouts
* Window blinds
* Wood windows

APPLIANCES: * Must be in working condition and ideally less than 8 years old

CARPET: * Carpet remnants of any size okay to accept that have NEVER been laid down

COUNTERTOPS: * Must have at least 6 ft minimum with no cut outs.

ELECTRICAL: * Working light fixtures, ceiling fans, electrical hardware are acceptable.
* Florescent lights must be less than 10 years old.

DOORS: * Hollow core doors MUST have jambs (Frames) otherwise refuse.
* Solid Core doors (interior or exterior) can be accepted with or without jambs (frames) just make sure are in good condition and free of wood rot.

FURNITURE: * Wood or wood laminate furniture without wood rot, water damage or mold are acceptable * Upholstered furniture is be be screened by STAFF ONLY to see if suitable for donation.

GLASS/MIRROR: * No broken, chipped or cracked glass tops or mirrors EVER accepted
* Only intact mirrors can be accepted.

MATTRESSES: * Do not EVER ACCEPTED USED MATTRESSES!

OUTDOOR: * Mowers/ etc must be in working condition or at least fixable. No full fuel tanks, limited rust and corrosion. * Items must be free of lead paint.

PAINT: * No oil based paints
* DO NOT accept paint that has been frozen, appears hard, dried out or has a rusted lid.

SINKS: * No cultured marble sinks UNLESS in excellent condition.

TRIM/LUMBER: * Ideally must be 4 ft in length or more
* NO NAILS or GLUE on or in the wood

TOILETS: * MUST BE BLEACHED, clean of any debris
* MUST be complete with tank, lid, and main body of toilet. (Seat optional) Must be neutral color.
* Must have no cracks, discolorations or stains.

WINDOWS: * All windows MUST be complete with frame!
* No windows accepted with lead paint.

WINDOW BLINDS: * NEW BLINDS accepted only
* No fabric curtains
