Sign-Up Online to Volunteer with Cedar Valley Habitat
for Humanity
Cedar Valley Habitat for Humanity offers an array of
volunteer opportunities ranging from a one day
commitment to a commitment of completing an entire
house.
There are many ways for your volunteer efforts to be
effective at helping solve the affordable housing
crisis. CVHH has many roles and committees that need additional
volunteers to enable them to be more effective in our
community.
Volunteer Roles
- Office/Clerical
- Office/Computer
- Networking, hardware/software needs
- Schedule Volunteers
- Calling/mailing/emailing volunteers, scheduling
- Snack/Meal Prep
- Making food for our volunteers. Could include serving on site.
- Snack/Meal Delivery
- Delivering food to our volunteers. Could include serving on site.
- Site Host/Greeter - Whole or half day
- Assists with registration, orientation.
- Delivery - Building Materials
- Delivers building materials to site. Usually requires use of own truck.
- Staffing Special Events
- Attending events promoting Habitat for Humanity.
