Cedar Valley Habitat is experiencing a land crisis. Approved Habitat families have completed 200 or more hours of sweat-equity and yet we have not been able to locate affordable land on which to build their homes. Land in Cedar Rapids continues to be the largest expenditure when building a home. If you can help, we'd like to talk to you!
