Scrapping Volunteer

Break down nonsaleable donations into recyclable component materials. Requirements: ability to hold a screwdriver and use pliers.

Electrician

Test and repair donated electrical equipment to increase ReStore’s saleable goods and support landfill diversion. Requirements: familiarity with electrical systems; electrical safety certification a plus.

Backroom Donations Assistant

Test and repair donated electrical equipment to increase ReStore’s saleable goods and support landfill diversion. Requirements: familiarity with electrical systems; electrical safety certification a plus.

Sales Floor Assistance

Stock and organize the sales floor while engaging with shoppers. Requirements: ability to follow and explain Cedar Valley Habitat ReStore’s purchasing and return policies.

Light Janitorial Volunteer

Help maintain a clean and enjoyable shopping environment. Requirements: ability to lift 10 pounds; ability to push a mop/vacuum.
