Google Analytics collects: IP address, web pages requested, referring web page, browser used, date and time. CVHFH does not associate this data with individual user identities.

Web forms collect: name, phone number, email address, and mailing address. Contact information from forms is used only to send material relating to the donation or registration for which it was collected and will not be rented, sold, or exchanged.
