Affordable Home Repairs
Affordable home repairs for Linn and Benton County homeowners.
Cedar Valley Habitat for Humanity’s Affordable Repairs Program helps homeowners with limited resources complete necessary home improvements.
Qualified homeowners receive the materials and labor needed to make their homes safer. In return, homeowners contribute sweat equity hours by working on their own home or other Habitat projects.
A one-time service fee is required, and some repayment is required for Major Repair projects.
