Experts will discuss various types of loans available to first-time homebuyers and programs thatt can help you improve your credit score and qualify for a mortgage.
Session 2: How to maintain a home
Current and potential homeowners will learn about home maintenance and repairs, home warranties, affordable repair/renovation programs and forgivable loans and other resources.
Session 3: Understanding your mortgage
Review the basics of escrow and home insurance plus default, foreclosure, and COVID mortgage relief programs.
